​The Temburong District Grassroots Life Saver 995 is a programme to instil readiness in facing the risks of danger, fire prevention and any emergency. The programme was launched at the Operation 'G' Rataie Fire Station in Temburong District, 30th July morning.

The programme coincided with the presentation of fire hose equipment by Awang Azmi bin Haji Hafneh, Acting Director of Fire and Rescue. 14 people took part in the programme including penghulu mukim and village chiefs. It included firefighting demonstrations and practical training.
